The Business of Inner Peace

Subconscious healing, nervous system regulation, and faith-based recovery for Christian women.
If you feel stuck in emotional cycles, toxic relationships, or spiritual burnout — even after prayer, therapy, or mindset work — this podcast is your safe place to heal, grow, and reconnect with the woman God created you to be.

I'm Erin Jean — Rapid Rewire Practitioner, certified hypnotherapist, breathwork facilitator, and mama of three. After surviving emotional and sexual abuse, years of struggle in my marriage, and the heavy toll of unresolved trauma, I hit a breaking point. But I didn’t stay there.

With God’s guidance and the right healing tools, I rewired my nervous system, reclaimed my worth, and restored my marriage. Now I help other women do the same — bringing healing to their minds, relationships, and spirits through a faith-based, neuroscience-backed approach.

Inside the show, you’ll find tools, stories, and conversations that help you release what’s holding you back — and gently return to peace. Expect spiritual insight, subconscious work, nervous system support, breathwork, and real talk from someone who’s walked through the fire and found God’s healing on the other side.

Hey sweet friend,
In this episode of The Business of Inner Peace, I’m sharing a powerful conversation I had with Hannah Munn, Global Advocate at Love Justice International. This organization works in more than 20 countries to prevent human trafficking and share the love of Jesus.
Hannah shares the moment that changed the direction of her life. At Passion 2013, she encountered the reality of human trafficking and felt a clear calling from God to dedicate her life to the fight against injustice.
That calling has taken her across the world. Over the past decade she has lived and worked in Nepal and South Africa, traveling to more than 10 countries to help design and implement Love Justice International’s transit monitoring model. It’s a groundbreaking strategy that intercepts people in the process of being trafficked.
We talk about what it’s like to step into work that feels bigger than you, how faith can guide the path, and the surprising ways purpose can bring a deep sense of inner peace.
Hannah also shares about her current season of life. She now leads Intercept Partners, Love Justice’s monthly giving community, while spending more time at home in South Africa with her husband and three young children.
This conversation is honest, inspiring, and a beautiful reminder that when we say yes to what we feel called to do, peace often follows.
I’m so grateful Hannah joined me, and I can’t wait for you to hear her story.

Hey sweet friend,
Today’s episode is a little different. I’m not teaching steps or giving strategy. I’m reading a letter I wrote to a version of myself I almost lost.
It’s for the wife crying in the bathroom at night. The one who feels alone in her own marriage. The one who’s been called too sensitive, too emotional, maybe even negative. The one who’s exhausted from trying to explain why words hurt and tired of questioning whether she’s the problem.
If that’s you, this episode is for you.
I share honestly about what it looked like to slowly rebuild my identity in Christ, to stop absorbing labels that were never mine to carry, and to begin trusting my voice again. Not overnight. Not dramatically. But step by step.
If you’d like to read the full letter, you can find it on my Substack here:https://bit.ly/erinjeansubstack
If this episode felt personal, that’s because it is. And if you’re in a place where you need someone to talk to privately, you don’t have to comment publicly or explain yourself to the world.
You can email me directly at:erinjeancoaching@gmail.com
Or send me a private message on Instagram:https://www.instagram.com/thebusinessofinnerpeace/
I read every message, and you are not alone.
I’m so glad you’re here.

Hey sweet friend,
This one’s tender… and maybe a little bold.
Today I’m talking about why so much “biblical” marriage advice isn’t actually helping women like us — and what God really wants to heal first.
If you’ve ever felt like you’ve done everything right — prayed harder, submitted, surrendered, stayed faithful — and your marriage still hurts… This episode is for you.
I’m sharing the phrases I heard from the church that left me feeling more broken than seen. I’m gently unpacking how trauma and nervous system survival make “just obey” advice feel impossible. And I’m reminding you that God doesn’t want your performance — He wants your restoration.
You don’t have to keep suffering silently. There’s another way to heal. And it starts with your heart.

Hey sweet friend,
This one’s tender. And maybe a little disruptive — in the best kind of way.
If you’ve been doing all the things to save your marriage… praying, reading books, submitting, showing up again and again… and it still hurts?
This episode is for you.
I’m breaking open two common lies Christian women are told about marriage that actually keep us stuck in silent suffering — and sharing the moment everything shifted for me.
You’ll hear: • The words God whispered to me on the bathroom floor that changed everything • Why healing your marriage doesn’t start with “trying harder” • And what actually begins to shift when you stop trying to fix him — and start letting God heal you
✨ If this speaks to you, the waitlist for Peaceful Metamorphosis is open now. We begin soon, and it’s going to be sacred.

Hey Sweet Friends!Today’s conversation is such a special one. I’m sitting down with Camille Scow—a former classroom teacher turned life coach and the host of The Connected Teacher podcast—and she shares her story with so much honesty and heart. Camille opens up about her own struggle inside the classroom, a season that dropped her into a place of deep shame and self-doubt, and how heavy that experience truly was.
What I love most is that the tools Camille now teaches educators are the very same ones she used to guide herself out of that dark place and back into inner peace. We talk about trauma, self-compassion, nervous system awareness, and what it really looks like to support teachers as whole humans—not just professionals.
If you’re an educator, or someone who cares deeply about teachers, this episode is a gentle reminder that healing is possible, clarity can return, and inner peace is not out of reach—even after hard seasons.

Hey Sweet Friend!
What if the breakthrough you’re praying for isn’t about doing more — but healing deeper?
In this episode, I'm unpacking the truth about manifestation from a Christian lens. You’ll discover how biblical manifestation actually works — not through striving or “the universe,” but through identity alignment, nervous system healing, and faith-based embodiment.
Perfect for Christian women seeking spiritual growth and emotional healing, this episode reveals:
What the Bible really says about manifestation
Why nervous system regulation is essential to receiving God’s promises
The connection between subconscious beliefs and spiritual blockages
How to step into the identity God created you for
Why survival mode keeps women stuck in fear, confusion, and striving
How faith, embodiment, and somatic healing work together
This is for the woman who wants peace, clarity, abundance, emotional stability, and deeper intimacy with God — and knows it starts from the inside out.
You'll also get a behind-the-scenes look at Called & Created — an 8-week program for Christian women ready to manifest from identity, heal from survival, and walk confidently in their God-given calling.

Hey Sweet Friends! This week’s conversation is one I think so many women will relate to — and honestly, it’s one that moved me deeply.
I sat down with author and therapist, Kasia Dodd, to talk about her brand new book, "The Chameleon’s Game", and her personal journey of healing after a 12-year relationship with a covert narcissist.
Kasia’s story is powerful — not because it’s dramatic, but because it’s real. She shares what it was like to slowly wake up inside a relationship built on emotional manipulation and control… and how she used tools like EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), self-awareness, and perspective shifts to find her way back to herself.
What I love most about this conversation is that it isn’t just about narcissism — it’s about healing, reclaiming peace, and remembering who you are after seasons that leave you questioning everything.
We talked about the difference between narcissistic traits and personality disorders, the subtle stages of these kinds of relationships, and how to gently move from confusion to clarity.
If you’ve ever felt small in love, doubted your worth, or struggled to understand what went wrong in a relationship, I think this episode will give you hope — and a few powerful “aha” moments too.

Hey Sweet Friends! In this deeply personal episode, I’m sharing a breakthrough that caught me completely off guard — and changed the way I see success, self-worth, and what’s really been holding me back.
After hitting a wall in September, I began working with a coach who gently helped me uncover a long-buried pattern… one that traced all the way back to childhood. From inherited criticism to the heartbreaking belief that “I don’t actually get to have my dreams,” this story is for anyone who’s ever felt stuck, unseen, or afraid to want more.
If you’ve been questioning your direction, doubting your value, or quietly dimming your dreams — you are so not alone.
This episode is an invitation to breathe deeper, dream bigger, and return to the joy of being fully you.
💛 If you’re ready to explore your own inner landscape and rewrite the stories holding you back, I’d love to support you. You can book a call with me at erinjeancoach.com.

Hey Sweet Friends!
In this episode of The Business of Inner Peace, I sat down with the incredible Holli Howard, founder of Positive Living Coaching, to talk about something that touches so many of us — healing the hidden impacts of childhood trauma and reclaiming our self-worth.
Holli’s story truly moved me. She shares her personal journey of uncovering repressed memories, finding her voice, and transforming deep pain into purpose. What I love most about this conversation is how real and hope-filled it is. We talked about what it means to quiet your inner critic, rewrite limiting beliefs, and begin to see your past through a lens of compassion instead of shame.
We also explored the difference between “big” and “little” traumas, why emotional absence can sometimes wound us even more deeply than dramatic events, and how awareness is always the first step toward inner peace.
If you’ve ever struggled with self-doubt, people-pleasing, or the weight of old stories that still echo in your life, this episode will speak straight to your heart. 💛
